Kudos to everyone who noticed the reference in today’s comic!
Anyway, today I’m sure everyone’s noticed the comic looks quite a bit different. Between the B&W screentones, more variable line weights, different anatomy and design, and…well, everything, it’s hard to miss.
This isn’t a new style for Complex Actions so much as a sneak peak at what we’ve been up to. This is the style of a secret project Tal and I have been secretly secreting away. Our plans for it will be public, hopefully in the next couple of weeks; even we’re waiting to see what happens. The layout is different here, though…the other project doesn’t have four linear panels per page.
This is, however, a Complex Actions script. I’m still undecided as to whether I’ll continue in this style this week or try some others. In either case, Friday’s update will likely be back to the normal style. Enjoy the change of pace, everyone, and thanks for reading!
This art style makes me itch to grab some silly putty and plaster it on the screen in hopes that it will be transferred onto it… T_T doesn’t work so well on a computer monitor…

No it doesn’t Roe, but it was fun to try wasn’t it?
I just wanna know. Are you the one playing kitten for Redbull Silk?

Yes…and yes, if he failed to turn over the Red Bull and/or chocolate within ten seconds of this comic’s conclusion a potentially devastating pounce would follow, and possibly claws.

Ahhh *makes notes in case of proximity to webcomic artists: Bring plenty of redbull*
